ISPWP Summer Contest 2010

Bevor ich euch wieder mit neuen Bildern erfreue, möchte ich euch noch an einem weiteren Wettbewerbserfolg teilhaben lassen.
Beim diesjährigen summer contest der ISPWP, der International Society of Professional Wedding Photographers, konnte ich mit dem wunderbaren Bild von Natalia und Konstantin den zweiten Platz in der Kategorie “framing the subject” belegen. Ich freue mich unheimlich darüber, denn dieses Foto gehört zu einem meiner absoluten Favoriten. Manchmal weiß man schon im Moment des Auslösens, daß man etwas ganz Besonderes eingefangen hat. So war es auch diesmal und ich danke nocheinmal dem Möbelhaus Finke in Paderborn ganz besonders, daß wir die Gelegenheit hatten dort unsere Portraitsession zu machen.

Die Woche der Superlative ! Erst bekam ich das neue, wunderbare Wynn-Album zugesand und nun an diesem Wochenende durfte ich mich nach nur einem Tag Bewerbungszeit über die Aufnahme bei der International Society of Professional Wedding Photographers freuen.
What is the ISPWP?
The International Society of Professional Wedding Photographers is an organization of the best wedding photographers in the world. It was created by professional photographers to raise the standards of the wedding photography profession.
We are a resource for wedding clients who know they want to hire the best and the brightest for their wedding. We provide assurance and peace of mind that they are hiring the most respected, most ethical, most professional and most talented wedding photographers in the industry.
It’s no secret there are many online directories of wedding photographers. Some of them have hundreds, even thousands of photographers. That SOUNDS great because there are so many to choose from! But most of these directories have little or no criteria for membership, they are simply link farms that oftentimes include photographers with zero experience and unknown backgrounds.
